Back to Snowdonia/Eryri for Team-Building and Leadership Development

Really excited to be returning to Snowdonia next week to re-launch a bespoke 3 Year Team-Building and Leadership Development Programme for an International Logistics Company.

Over the next 36 months the senior management team will be put through their paces using a unique holistic experiential learning approach to optimise team working and project management skills.

During the programme all the managers attending will also have the opportunity to individually lead a one day Outdoor Leadership Task designed to challenge their personal Leadership acumen and enable them to individually receive quality coaching and feedback on their Leadership Style which they can immediately get to work on taking their improved/improving leadership capabilities back into the business.
