1. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Leadership Development Foundational Programme

 

A 7 day, 3 module residential outdoor holistic experiential learning course that is either based in the mountains of Snowdonia or similar inspirational locations such as the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. 

 

The programme involves attendees each experiencing leading a  5 to 6 hour leadership/management project where they get to hone their leadership skills whilst receiving highly empowering coaching and constructive feedback in real time. The feedback is invariably on point and transferrable to their leadership behaviours at work. 

Leadership Development Advanced Programmes

 

These programmes are designed to offer follow-up training and coaching to those who have previously attended the Foundational Leadership Development modules. 

 

On the Advanced Leadership programmes we work in a challenging and supportive way at a deeper level, inviting attendees to put themselves and their leadership acumen to close self, peer and trainer assessment. We look to examine even the finest of limiting/negative mindset and behaviours, with a view to helping attendees drop unnecessary mental baggage and change their behaviours to really start freeing up their potential to make an outstanding difference leading others.

Team Building Foundational Programme

 

This is a 6/7 day, 3 module residential programme which uses holistic outdoor experiential learning methodology based out of our delightful training venues set in the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia and other such inspirational locations such as the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks.

 

Whether the team is functional or cross-functional in make-up, newly formed, or an existing team needing to step up it's team synergy and collective performance, this programme is the perfect place to start the process of building a powerful high performing team.

Advanced Team Building Programmes

 

Having completed the Foundational Teambuilding Programme, I offer a series of Advanced Team Building Maintenance and Development courses using holistic outdoor experiential learning but with a greater emphasis on supporting higher degrees of openness, challenge and support amongst team members as mutual trust deepens.

I recommend team check-ins/ maintenance sessions on a regular 6 to 12 month basis to ensure the momentum continues for incremental growth in team performance.

3. EXECUTIVE COACHING AND MENTORING

Executive Coaching

 

This is a personalised coaching and mentoring programme aimed at maximising the performance and well-being of key executives in a business.

The coaching will usually be delivered over a 12-36 month period initially in 6 month blocks of 6 face to face, 1-2-1 monthly sessions interspersed with appropriate telephone/video conferencing and email support.

Once the executive being coached has reached an appropriate level of performance and self-sustainability then the intervals move to bi-monthly and even tri-monthly in person meetings. 

Coaching sessions are often held in inspirational locations, well away from Head Office and wherever possible will incorporate walk and talk formats to optimise the environment for open, honest and deep dialogue.

Investing in executive coaching sends a very important motivating message to the individual; namely it shows that the individual being given the coaching that they are regarded by the company as being valuable enough to be personally invested in. Further, the executive being coached is likely to be in the 'high talent/potential talent category' and therefore would be certain to highly relish and make the most of the opportunity given to them to grow and develop themselves.
