A Great Way to Start Your Day!

I believe how you start your day is incredibly important as it really can set the tone for the rest of your day!
As tempting as it might be to postpone getting up once you're awake and instead roll over to try and get some extra sleep you're likely to be setting up for a lower energy and less powerful/determined mindset day.
If you wake up and get your head straight into your smartphone/inbox then be prepared for a lot of stressing out and a far less productive day than you thought an early start would help make happen.
Here's my ideal daily routine that I also encourage our leadership development and teambuilding programme attendees to try out whilst attending their residential modules:
Once awake:
1. Take a moment to be grateful for another day alive on planet earth🙏
2. Visualise your day and how you'd like all the key events to go 🤔
3. Treat your body to the powerfully centering and rejuvenating gift of cold water immersion therapy for 2-3 minutes ❄️
4. Drink a glass of pure alkaline water💧
5. Do 20-40 minutes of physical exercise💪
6. Drink a nutritious vegetable juice/smoothie.🍸
7. Acknowledge how great you are, take three deep breaths and set upon your work/schedule with a clear, calm, commitment to be a force for good for everyone you meet that day 😇
Above is one of my all time favourite locations for Step 3 which some who have attended our Snowdonia ? Eryri mountain retreat courses may quite fondly recognise and remember experiencing?!
