After three decades coaching high performing teams and individuals I believe that one of the key benchmarks of a high performing team is how happy and enthusiastic the team members are and how at ease they are in each other’s company.
I think this end of course photo below of the team attending our recent leadership and team building foundational programme in Snowdonia shows this amazing team have to be strong candidates for the award!!
And isn’t it true that happy people perform individually and collectively so much better than unhappy people?!
